Participation is simple, comfortable, and professionally managed from start to finish.

Each participant takes part in an individual portrait session led by experienced photographers, with gentle guidance throughout. Shoots take place in relaxed, real-world environments, creating imagery that feels natural and authentic rather than staged.

Sessions typically last up to 30 minutes, though there could be some waiting time, and all participants receive payment for their time, paid on the day. The experience is designed to be friendly, supportive, and easy for everyone taking part.

The portraits captured as part of this project contribute to a professionally produced collection of imagery that reflects real people in real-world conditions. This includes a wide range of appearances, natural expressions, and everyday environments, ensuring the final imagery feels authentic, inclusive, and true to life.

By photographing participants in varied lighting settings and natural surroundings, the project builds a body of work that represents genuine diversity and lived experience. The focus is on creating high-quality, realistic portrait photography not staged or idealised imagery.

All images are used solely for the purposes of this project. They are not used to identify individuals, track participants, or analyse personal behaviour. Participant privacy and respectful usage remain a priority at every stage.

We are currently running portrait sessions in Manchester and London with additional locations being introduced as the project continues to expand.

We are seeking a diverse and representative group of participants to take part in this portrait photography project. This includes individuals of all ethnicities, body types, abilities, and personal styles, as well as people of all genders and gender expressions.

Participants aged 8 years and over are welcome to apply. For those aged 8-17 years, a parent or legal guardian must attend the session and sign the model release on their behalf. All sessions involving minors are carried out with additional care, supervision, and safeguarding in place.

No previous modelling experience is required. The project is open to both professional models and real people, with the aim of capturing natural, authentic portraits that reflect genuine diversity.

All participants are compensated for their time, with adults receiving payment on the day of the session. Payment details are confirmed during the booking process, ensuring full transparency ahead of your shoot.

In addition to this, we are currently running a referral initiative across our large-scale shoot locations in Manchester and London. If you refer friends or family members who go on to attend a session, you will receive payment per person referred, paid at the end of each month.

Alongside payment, participants can expect a smooth, respectful, and professionally managed experience from start to finish, with the opportunity to be part of a high-quality portrait photography project.

Facial images are classified as biometric data under UK and EU law. For this reason, all participants are required to complete a Biometric (Enhanced) Model Release before taking part.

This agreement confirms that your images will be used only for the purposes of this portrait photography project, that all personal data is handled securely and ethically, and that image usage is strictly limited in scope.

You will be asked to review and sign the release on the day of your session. Our team is always available to answer any questions and ensure you feel fully informed and comfortable before proceeding.
